Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Return Policy)

1. Right to Withdraw

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) received the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this purchase by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
You may use the withdrawal form template below, but it is not mandatory.

If you send us your notice of withdrawal within the 14-day period, the withdrawal is considered timely.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be made promptly and no later than 14 days after we receive your returned goods.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

4. Return of Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to us no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that are custom-made or personalized for you.

  • Goods that may deteriorate quickly or expire.

  • Goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
