RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – 14-DAY WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW

If you are a consumer and have a statutory right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

For contracts concerning goods, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

2. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.

The withdrawal deadline is met if you send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option will not be reimbursed.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

For contracts concerning goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. RETURNING THE GOODS

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by us.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Your statutory warranty rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

5. EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain contracts, including, where applicable:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery.
• Other contracts excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under applicable law.
